  • What file type are the digital downloads?
    The digital downloads are sent via email as a PDFs.
  • Will everything I need for the activity be included in the download?
    Included on your PDF will be a list of the physical items that you will need to purchase separately to successfully complete the activity in your church or home. The download will name your focus, provide instructions, and, where fitting, direct Scripture, caring conversation, prayer, and more.
  • I'm interested in consultation for my church programming. How does that work?
    I'm excited to use my gifts of creativity, organization, and relationship to help you meet your church program goals! To explore consultation, simply email me to start the conversation. We can explore together and, if you decide you would like assistance in making plans, I'd be honored to dream with you and create a blueprint for you to carry out in your congregation. Total consultation cost is fee per hour x number of hours needed to design your project.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
